The website <\/span>www.unitahotels.ro<\/span><\/a> is a commercial website owned by SC UNITA TURISM HOLDING SA, which allows users to make room reservations at hotels owned by UNITA TURISM HOLDING SA.<\/span><\/p>\n The use of, including visiting and purchasing tourism services from, the website <\/span>www.unitahotels.ro<\/span><\/a> implies acceptance of the terms and conditions detailed in the following paragraphs. To ensure the best possible use of the website, users are advised to read these terms and conditions carefully.<\/span><\/p>\n By accessing the website <\/span>www.unitahotels.ro<\/span><\/a>, using it, visiting it, purchasing tourism services, or sending emails to Unita Turism Holding, communication is carried out electronically. Therefore, the user is deemed to consent to receiving notifications from Unita Turism Holding electronically, including communications via email or announcements posted on the website.<\/span><\/p>\n Unita Turism Holding grants the user limited access to this website for personal use and does not grant the right to download or modify the website, in whole or in part, reproduce it, copy it, sell\/resell it, or exploit it in any other manner without the prior written consent of Unita Turism Holding.<\/span><\/p>\n Confirmation of a reservation made by providing a card number to guarantee the reservation is performed in real time.<\/span><\/p>\n A user may not consider a reservation confirmed until they have received a confirmation email.<\/span><\/p>\n Reservations are considered guaranteed after the card has been charged for the value of the first night’s accommodation, excluding local tax, 48 hours prior to the check-in date.<\/span><\/p>\n The rates displayed on the website are accommodation rates per room per night and include VAT, but do not include other taxes (e.g., local\/hotel tax). Any exceptions are specified for each hotel individually.<\/span><\/p>\n Rates may be changed at any time. Reservations already made will remain subject to the rates confirmed at the time of booking.<\/span><\/p>\n The first night’s accommodation, excluding local tax, will be charged to the card used to guarantee the reservation two days prior to arrival. Subsequent complaints will not be taken into consideration.<\/span><\/p>\n Users also have the opportunity to express their opinions through the pages of the website.<\/span><\/p>\n Unita Turism Holding displays the hotel classification assigned by the relevant authorities (star rating), as well as a description of each hotel, including photographs and information. All such information is provided for illustrative purposes only.<\/span><\/p>\n By accepting these Terms of Use, the user expressly and unequivocally consents to the inclusion of their personal data and any other information provided by them in the database of SC UNITA TURISM HOLDING SA, its authorized representatives, contractual partners, and companies within the same group as SC UNITA TURISM HOLDING SA, for processing and use in activities and purposes related to marketing, advertising, and direct marketing.<\/span><\/p>\n SC UNITA TURISM HOLDING SA has notified the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing regarding its processing of personal data and is registered in the Personal Data Processing Register under no. 11052.<\/span><\/p>\n Users\u2019 registration data is confidential and is processed in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 677\/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as well as Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (“GDPR”).<\/span><\/p>\n At the time of booking, only the essential information required to complete the reservation is transmitted to the hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n Personal data may be disclosed to authorities entitled to verify commercial transactions or to other competent authorities authorized by law to perform justified checks, if requested in accordance with applicable legislation.<\/span><\/p>\n Registration and reservation data must be completed accurately. Unita Turism Holding may cancel, without prior notice, reservations for which incorrect information has been provided.<\/span><\/p>\n Furthermore, Unita Turism Holding may cancel any reservation made by a user who cannot be contacted by telephone regarding the reservation, except where the user has previously made reservations through Unita Turism Holding that were honored, or where the reserved services have been prepaid or guaranteed by credit card.<\/span><\/p>\n By using the website (whether by visiting it or purchasing tourism services), the user agrees that the above Terms of Use and any dispute of any kind that may arise between the user and SC Unita Turism Holding SA or its partners shall be governed by Romanian law.<\/span><\/p>\n In the event of disputes between Unita Turism Holding and users, the parties shall first attempt to resolve them amicably. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled by the competent courts in accordance with the applicable laws of Romania.<\/span><\/p>\n By purchasing tourism services and placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions without objection, and they shall have the same legal effect as a validly concluded contract.<\/span><\/p>\n SC Unita Turism Holding SA reserves the right to make any changes to these provisions, as well as any modifications to the website <\/span>www.unitahotels.ro<\/span><\/a>, its structure, or any other changes that may affect the website, without prior notice to users.<\/span><\/p>\n\n
