Unita Turism Holding S.A. welcomes you and invites you to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website, which set out the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the Website, in accordance with the applicable Romanian legislation, including regulations governing information society services and the protection of personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

                (ix) constitutes unlawful, misleading, and\/or unfair advertising or advertising contrary to applicable regulations;<\/span><\/p>\n

                (x) contains any type of virus, malicious code, or software that interferes with the normal functioning of the Website.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Where a password is provided in order to access certain services and\/or content of the Website, the user undertakes to use such password diligently and to keep it confidential at all times.                   Unita Turism Holding S.A. shall not be liable for any decisions made by users as a result of accessing the content or information provided through the Website.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  (iv) security or navigation errors caused by malfunctioning browsers or the use of outdated browser versions.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  The administrators of Unita Turism Holding S.A. reserve the right to remove, in whole or in part, any content or information available on the Website.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  Unita Turism Holding S.A. excludes any liability for damages of any nature that may result from the misuse of the services made available free of charge to users of the Website.
